So get ready to flaunt all those cute, short dresses. Before we start with the workout routine, remember that you need to warm up before the workout and cool down post it. This is applicable to each day’s workout routine. Now let’s get started: Day 1 After a proper warm up, start with 30 Jumping jack 30 Squats 30 Side lunges 30 Walking lunges 50 Side lying leg lifts Day 2 50 Jumping jack 50 Squats 50 Side lunges 30 Walking lunges 50 Side lying leg lifts Day 2: 70 Squats 60 Side lunges 50 Side lying leg lifts (with ankle weights) Day 3: Rest/ recovery Day 4: 100 Squats 30 Side Lunges – 15 reps each leg 30 Walking Lunges – 15 reps each leg, light weight dumbbells optional 50 Side-Lying Leg Lifts – 25 reps each leg, ankle weights optional Day 5 70 Squats 60 Side lunges 50 Side lying leg lifts (with ankle weights) Day 6 50 Jumping jack 50 Squats 50 Side lunges 30 Walking lunges 50 Side lying leg lifts Day 7 50 Jumping jack 50 Squats 50 Side lunges 30 Walking lunges 50 Side lying leg lifts Important note: This is a workout routine that can help tone and shape your butt.
